Responsible for evaluating what supplies are required to repair/replace for any work order request. Turning vacant apartments in a timely manner, Identify any unsafe conditions, operate in a cost effective manner, perform electrical & plumbing; drywall repairs, painting, minor carpentry & masonary repairs; install locks; minor appliance repair. Travel to sites as scheduled work requires; conduct yourself as a professional & provide excellent customer service; maintain good communication with other staff/supervisor; janitorial work; lawn care & snow removal. The position starts at $15.04 hr. and after successful completion of 60 day probationary period, wage moves to $15.32 hr. Every July 1 you will be eligible for another step up in pay.
