Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing day-to-day support for the PIP/WCPG business functions. Activities include but are not limited to order review and contract interpretation, account creation, order processing, account maintenance, billing, invoicing and problem resolution.
Essential Functions
Responsible for managing the order process in an accurate and timely manner for customer contracts
Responsible for driving and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Utilize EDI for order processing
Liaises with other departments such as sales, sales operations, customer support, legal, pricing, credentialing, credit management, etc. to problem-solve both internal and external customer issues
Identifies customer needs and provides a high level of customer satisfaction. This may include communication and correspondence to customers
Contributes to a positive team environment through the achievements of team objectives and measurements. Assists team members as needed
Provides backup-support where additional coverage is needed
Completes other duties as assigned

1-3 years of related experience
Solid written and oral communication skills
EDI order processing knowledge
