Shift Pay Range: \$26.00/hr - \$27.20/hr. An extra \$.75 per hour upon
completion of Team Leader result blocks. Plus an additional \$2.00/hr
shift premium Hours: 9:00pm - 5:30am, Sunday - Thursday (Overtime as
production demands)Material Handler Responsibilities: * Consistently
handle \"great tasting\" sausage products according to specifications
(see Result Blocks) * Develop a strong set of world class skills in the
area of shipping * Utilize your organizational and communication skills
through documentation of incoming receivables, product movement and
providing proper storage. * Have an impact on customer success by
productively assembling customer orders and keeping order pickers
supplied with necessary product. * Actively participate in daily
meetings and project teams * Set goals and objectives; both personal
and as a team member to acquire \"superlative\" performance in order to
support The Johnsonville Way Assistant Team Leader Responsibilities: *
Effectively lead shipping in the areas of safety, quality and
performance * Evaluate and coordinate training needs and efforts of
team members required for the current processes and integrate quality
and safety training standards * Evaluate staffing needs of shipping and
maintain budgeted resources to maximize output * Coach and guide team
members in need of development and lead the disciplinary process by
determining what, if any, discipline is needed * Daily scheduling and
effective resource allocation * Monitor the performance of team
members, providing feedback and documenting results through performance
appraisals * Effectively manage member relations with the team and
co-workers * Effectively conduct team meetings * Complete daily
performance reports and shift paperwork * Effectively communicate
information to members * Lead process improvement initiatives on the
line * Monitor progress of team in 4 critical success areas (safety,
quality, cost and service) * Develop and execute improvement plans in
all four critical success areas * Be able to create and promote a team
environment, manage conflict, and resolve current issues * Be a role
model to all members * Effectively manage all aspects of safety;
address issues with safety immediately, and be a safety champion Date:
