Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Multicraft Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM). This role involves 50% mechanical and 50% electrical troubleshooting and repairs on CNC equipment, including 29 CNC mills and 4 CNC lathes. The mills consist of 10 Vigels, 11 OKKs, 5 SWs, and 2 Mazak, while the lathes include 2 Samsung and 2 others. Responsibilities include automatic and manual tooling changes, depending on quality issues or customer demands, and working with 4/5 axis machines. Daily tasks involve responding to operator calls or PM assignments for troubleshooting and repairing VFDs, relays, Cognex vision systems, proximity switches, limit switches, sensors, contactors, hydraulics, pneumatics, some fabrication, minor MIG welding, facility lighting, exhaust fans, compressors, AC/DC, and 3-phase systems up to 480v. The control systems include Fanuc, Siemens (Step 7), and Mitsubishi. Additionally, you will work with Fanuc R-2000ia robots, primarily focusing on rehoming and setting teach pins.
