Job Summary
Coordinate all electrical planning and scheduling for all electrical infrastructure of the mine which includes equipment, facilities,
power lines, and any other types of electrical requirements greater than 40 volts. Responsible for generating short-and long-term
maintenance schedules/reports/KPI metrics. Supervise the electrical department, and coordinate with the Maintenance Group.
Comply with all Company, State and Federal safety, work and environmental rules and regulations. Participates as team member and
makes contributions to solve problems that add value to the company.

Support of Mines current Safety Policies, Programs and Procedures
Coordination of all electrical planning and scheduling for all mobile, plant, draglines, power lines, and facilities
components/equipment.
Supervision of the Electrical Department
Generate short- and long-term maintenance schedules/reports/KPI metrics.
Implementation and coordination of the Preventative Maintenance Program, working directly with Shop and Production
Supervisors.
Maintain Electrical MSHA/license.
Fill in as Production or Shop Supervisors as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Five years experience in Electrical Planning and Scheduling
Mining Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products
Montana Mine Foremen certificate or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire
Maintenance Management System modules of the Ellipse operating system
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated decision making ability. Result driven individual with ability to hold self and others accountable. Strong interpersonal,
communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, are a must. Must be able to set goals and develop strategies and
schedules to accomplish goals. Good analytical and statistical skills are needed to evaluate/analyze data and develop strategic
plans. Must possess a valid drivers license.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; climb, use hands to handle, or feel; reach
with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk and hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds,
frequently 50 pounds. Employee may be exposed to extreme temperatures and will walk on uneven ground when field duties are
required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth
perception and ability to adjust focus.
Protective equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, steel toe boots, air masks, and hearing protection must be worn in the
performance of some duties.
