· Paralegal Certificate
Responsibilities
· Draft complaints, subpoenas
· Propound/draft/respond to discovery
· Send out demand letters
· Deposition preparation
· Compile exhibit binders
· Assist with document review
· Calendar management, review litigation dockets
· Organize claim files
· Work with experts
