What you will do

Are you excited to bring your skills and disruptive ideas to the table? We can’t wait to hear from you! In this role, you will work in a team environment as well as autonomously to ensure that our Customers and Dealers receive the best customer experience, as well as supporting our team with data analytics, special projects, and communication. Duties will include support box management, daily communication with dealers and customers via email, phone, and MS Teams, and cross-functional support within our team.

A strong focus on customer experience, the ability to work autonomously, as well as being an excellent team player, and a self-starting "can-do" attitude.

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in communication, MS applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook).

  • Other desired but not mandatory skills in Sales Force, Power BI, and SQL or other programming languages.

  • Applicants must be currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in Business, Technical, or an IT field at an accredited school and have completed 30 semester hours prior to the start of the internship,

  • Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75

  • Candidate must be able to work for at least one year (Sophomore or Junior)

For all intern and co-op positions, the hourly range is set at $16.00 - $46.00. The hourly rate for these roles is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, academic classification, and degree seeking area of study. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
