Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania

Now hiring Maintenance Technician in the Shippensburg, PA area!

1st shift, Monday-Friday

Job duties & Responsibilities:

  • Fix and maintain machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings

  • Repairs and maintenance could include: paint, repair flooring, work on plumbing, electrical, or AC/Heat systems.

  • May change light bulbs, install paper dispensers, change filters, install new locks on doors, clean and lubricate machine pieces

  • Overall general handyman within an industrial setting

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a handyman or general contractor; comfort with all aspects of facility maintenance, including plumbing and electrical are a bonus. Ideal candidate will have great attendance and be able to work in a fast paced, possibly chaotic environment.

Shifts and Working Environment:

  • 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday

  • Required to wear steel toe shoes
