We are seeking a motivated and Heavy Highway Civil Project Manager to oversee New Mexico DOT projects

Siete, Inc. specializes in Heavy Civil Construction for Federal, State and local projects including heavy highway bridge and roadway construction. We pride ourselves in completing projects on time with highest quality and safety measures. As a Project Manager, you will play an important role as a member of our leadership team.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years in the construction industry
• Must have prior project experience as Project Manager on civil projects $3M+
• Must have good references from: previous Owner and Employer
• Must be a resident of the United States
• Must have prior experience as a Project Manager; processing RFIs, submittals, etc

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES including but not limited to:

• Attend and participate in various meetings
• Perform material and quantity takeoffs
• Solicit material quotes and proposals
• Review and comprehend construction drawings
• Review and comprehend soil reports
• Prepare project submittals
• Review and comprehend contracts
• Prepare subcontracts
• Prepare change orders
• Prepare project schedule
• Applying for and secure permits
• Identify risks and problems
• Develop and provide possible solutions
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Excellent interpersonal and customer/vendor service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Proficient with AGTEK, AUTOCAD, HCSS and similar software
• Must be comfortable interacting with individuals from all levels of the company
• Valid drivers license with clean driving history
• Regular, reliable attendance

Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
