Responsibilities: Participate in the execution of external audit engagements for clients, including Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registrants, in accordance with regulatory and professional auditing standards. Perform risk assessment procedures to identify risks of material misstatements. Identify and resolve financial statement audit and reporting issues. Research findings regarding accounting literature trends. Review financial statements on audit engagements. Understand and utilize KPMG's Audit Methodology.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master’s degree plus three (3) years of experience. Three (3) years of experience must include: Designing and developing audit approaches to mitigate financial statement risks; conducting audits for SEC registrants; U.S. GAAP; IFRS; AICPA; U.S. GAAS; and PCAOB.
