Job Description:

Carry out pre-shift start-up inspection, equipment inspection, first-piece qualified, etc.
Prepare station documents, responsible for the operation documents of each station of the production line are complete and in good condition.
Provide feedback to team members on defects that occur, lead improvement, and participate in improvement activities.
Responsible for leading the problem solving in their own area and participating in problem solving activities.
Participate in the improvement activities of QCDP indicators of this production line, implement quality standards, and be able to conduct station audits according to WI.
Coordinate the work in the production line area, assign operators to various workstations, train operators in new jobs, and be responsible for the planning and implementation of multiple positions in the production line.
Inspect the production line area to check the completion of production tasks, and be responsible for timely feedback to the foreman on issues affecting production..
Responsible for the "5S" of this production line.
Responsible for the safety production inspection of the production line, the safety status of the equipment, and inspect the operator to wear labor protection products according to the standard at the workstation.
Monitor the continuous improvement of the process and the improvement of the working environment to ensure the implementation of process discipline.
Strictly keep all information related to the company's business activities strictly confidential (except as required by relevant Chinese authorities), and strictly keep confidential all the confidentiality defined in the contract.
Job Requirements:
Secondary school/high school degree or above .
Mechanical and electronic related majors are preferred, etc.
Understand 5S, standardization and other lean production tools, having certain leadership skills, organization, coordination, management and control skills, good problem-solving skills and adaptability ability. Positive work attitude: Enthusiastic, confident, cheerful, helpful and dedicated, able to adapt to shift work.
Good Chinese reading, writing and listening skills, some basic English is preferred.
