Job Purpose: Support a team of financial advisors with administrative work and phone calls related to investments and insurance products. Related Job Functions: -Answer and make phone calls, speaking with clients or staff. -Maintain a database (focused in SalesForce, but we can train employees on that) of clients' information -prepare paperwork based on standards and known information (knowing you are not the final approver) -review and sort paperwork and sort it (mostly digitally) for retention -Document work done in some detail -Multitask on lots of easy, small job functions. The job functions are fairly easy. The difficulty is keeping track of dozens of different jobs happening each day. But the database helps with that. Knowledge and use of spreadsheets also helps. Very flexible Job timing, from part time to full time. Can also include some remote work from home.
