Job Description
Responsibilities:
Education & Training :
Design and develop comprehensive training programs for HCPs and internal stakeholders based on international nursing guidelines, protocols and best practices
Tailor clinical training content to meet the specific needs of HCPs in Southeast Asia (SEA) countries and accelerate adoption of transformative solutions
Maintain a strong working partnership with external product advocates, key opinion leaders and collaboration partners to drive continuous clinical development
Develop and manage clinical materials and training tools for HCPs, patients and internal stakeholders.
Ensuring proper internal review (e.g. Regulatory, Legal, Clinical) of all materials is conducted
Field-based Support :
Provide technical and clinical leadership by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed
Observe and streamline adoption process, reducing the time it takes for HCPs to integrate new technologies into their practice
Assist patients in understanding the care and maintenance of associated BD products
Marketing Support:
Assist in collecting and reporting competitive intelligence and clinical development in market.
Share clinical insights from field visits to support marketing in reaching strategic decisions
Create clinical materials to support marketing campaigns
Event Support:
- Assist with trade shows, educational events, and other initiatives as requested by business unit
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field
Minimum 10 years of clinical experience in oncology nursing with educational role experiences
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Adaptable and good problem solver
Open to understand SEA healthcare markets and cultural nuances
Passionate in improving patient outcomes with transformative solutions
Self-motivated individual who thrives on innovation and is results-oriented
Willingness to travel in SEA countries (30-40%)
