Compensation Manager - ASEAN & ANZ

You’ll make a difference in:
Ensuring implementation of global, regional, and/or country Compensation and Benefits policies and programs (e.g. salary policies, incentive schemes, etc.).
Initiating and delivering Compensation- and Benefits-related projects to meet legislative changes, improve the C&B portfolio, and to implement technological changes
Monitoring competitive trends in Compensation and Benefits and evaluating alternatives and costs.
Advising and implementing local job analysis and evaluation schemes to ensure standardization & alignment.
Providing expert advice and guidance to P&O (HR)/the business on Compensation & Benefits-related matters.
Running continuous improvement process within the C&B realm, including regular lessons learned with interface partners.
Potentially, plans and supervises reward projects, i.e., in case of mergers, acquisitions, or integrations.
Participating in Hub and/or global projects as required.
Collaborating effectively across countries in the region and within the regional C&B hub.
Managing ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers to ensure the organization receives a satisfactory standard of services e.g. salary and benefits survey companies
Gaining and maintaining up-to-date information about market trends in Compensation and Benefits.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
Overall experience of 5-10 years with minimum 3-4 years of working experience in C&B area. C&B experience with Asia Pacific region and/or consulting firm is preferred
In-depth knowledge of C&B practices and a proven C&B background
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with proficient use of MS Excel.
Self-ownership and critical thinking are essential qualities for this role.
Ability to adapt to ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic matrixed environment
