APEC Digital Products is looking for a driven and business-savvy Business Analyst Intern who is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance Marriott’s digital presence and value-add. Join us in delivering exceptional digital experiences that redefine travel for our business segments and customers worldwide.

Responsibility:

  • Contribute to the creation and optimization of webpages, ensuring they meet business goals, technical feasibility and user experience standards.

  • Analyze web analytics data and generate performance reports to facilitate business decisions.

  • Utilize JIRA to manage web and app channel defects effectively, prioritizing tasks that align with both business objectives and technological advancements.

  • Collaborate closely with various APEC business segments to align on business requirements and technical strategies, emphasizing the integral role of technology in Marriott’s operations.

Qualifications:

  • Working experience with CMS (example: WordPress), HTML, CSS is a strong asset.

  • Knowledge in website design best practices is beneficial, but not necessary.

  • Working experience with Microsoft Excel (data summarizing, VLOOKUP to name a few) is a strong asset.

  • Knowledge in Adobe Analytics and SQL is beneficial, but not necessary.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • The ability to work independently and as an effective team member.

  • Dependability, flexibility, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Openness to learning and growing within the internship experience.

  • Self-motivated and detail oriented.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
