Job Description:

This job is responsible for the delivery of integrated treasury solutions to financial institutions clients and prospects across markets in APAC. Key responsibilities include actively managing and growing transaction banking revenue streams across the broad product suite. The role requires the ability to develop senior relationships at client organizations and elevate dialogue through thought leadership, content, and disciplined coverage intensity.

We are looking for highly motivated, self-starters who can advocate for our clients in providing right solution to clients across correspondent banking, liquidity management, trade and supply chain finance, FX solutions, and commercial card services.

Responsibilities:

  • Drives responsible revenue and balance sheet growth while focusing on risk management and relationship profitability.

  • Proactive mapping of client needs and developing senior client connectivity.

  • Responding to proposals and leading client engagement and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Partners with bankers and product specialists across the enterprise to develop customized treasury solutions by identifying new opportunities

  • Leads pricing negotiations with clients for treasury management products to optimize relationship profitability

  • Fosters digital adoption by driving mobile, digital, and real time payments solutions where relevant. Adopts a strategic approach to client engagement by leveraging best practices, peer benchmarking, and industry data analytics

  • Leads, coaches, and develops Treasury Sales Analysts (TSA), and Treasury Sales Officers (TSO) through day-to-day support of client deliverables

  • Maintains an in-depth client focus, treasury industry expertise, client subsector expertise, and a broad understanding of our product offering

Requirements

  • Relevant cash management, correspondent banking, trade finance, and relationship management experience within a top tier international/ regional bank covering financial institutions clients ideally in Singapore and Vietnam

  • Proven track record in managing complex transaction banking solutions for NBFI clients (i.e. private capital, insurance, PayTech, broker dealers etc.) would be an advantage

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Spoken Vietnamese is an advantage.

  • A strong team player who understands how to leverage various businesses functions/partners to drive business growth and support the global client management and sales teams

  • Successfully demonstrates creative thinking while adhering to guidelines

  • Demonstrates the ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team and the ability to build rapport with clients

  • Effectively manages competing priorities in an organized fashion while maintaining a consistent level of client satisfaction

  • Proactively engages all internal partners for sales opportunities

  • Effectively manages risk while balancing the needs of the client, the team, and the bank

  • Able to effectively work as an individual contributor as well as a collaborative team member in a fast-paced environment

  • Depending on relevant years of experience, skills, and background, candidates will be considered for either Vice President or Director level
