Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning Expertise: Play a pivotal role in financial planning, preparing monthly management accounts with insightful commentary for timely delivery.
Compliance Guru: Take charge of reporting to local tax authorities and ensure adherence to internal financial controls within the facility.
Strategic Insight: Provide financial inputs for monthly business unit reviews, supporting strategic plans and Capital Expenditure Requests.
Business Partnership: Be a collaborative business partner to senior stakeholders, providing actionable insights and data for informed decision-making.
Process Efficiency: Drive process improvements in Finance, ensuring efficient information provision to key stakeholders.
Education & Skills:
5-7 years of business controlling or accounting experience, preferably in FP&A.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Proficiency in Polish GAAP and tax regulations.
Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP, and advanced MS Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with HFM is a plus.
