This position develops leaders within the Supply Chain Management organization of Kenvue and will be responsible for business critical reporting in addition to supporting special projects.

Location(s): Summit, NJ Kenvues corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025
Travel %: Up to 10%
Pay: The anticipated hourly pay for this position is between $22.75 and $29.00, and will be based on candidates program year, discipline, degree and/or experience.
What You Will Do
The Supply Chain Planning Co-Op is responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
Leveraging advanced analytical tools to deliver business critical daily/weekly/monthly reports
Partner with the Digital/Process Excellence teams on automation opportunities to make these reports more efficient for the organization.
Collaborate with internal partners in Operations and Commercial on critical business processes and facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure participation and drive actions.
Present project work and key accomplishments to leadership and Kenvue employees
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Candidate must be actively be enrolled pursuing either a Bachelors or Masters degree and be at least a sophomore
Candidate must be able to work full time (40 hours per week) during the duration of the co-op position
Candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work
Desired Qualifications
A minimum GPA of 3.0 Cumulative is strongly preferred
Supply Chain Management or related majors (such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with V-Lookups, Pivot tables, etc)
Collaboration and team building skills; proven leadership ability
Analytical mindset and data analysis skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently within a matrix environment where tight timelines exist
Willingness to investigate, solve, and leverage data to develop recommendations
Ability to identify and implement process improvements
Dependable and reliable
