Role reports to: NA Talent Access Leader, Global Functions

Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025. Remote opportunities will be considered.

Travel %: 10%

Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $73,000 to $117,300. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

What you will do

The Operations, Technology & Innovation Senior Recruiter is responsible for coordinating efforts to ensure equity and consistency in the administration of policies and practices, providing complex consulting services to business partner client groups, reporting on turnover and developing strategies that improve employee retention, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of compensation and benefit changes associated with personnel actions, staying current and monitoring changes with regard to labor records, legal compliance, and governmental posting requirements, developing and presenting various compensation, benefit and training programs, and editing and coordinating training for employees and leaders regarding human resources issues:

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Operations, Technology & Innovation field

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide creative solutions to fill open positions

Utilize cutting-edge technology and tools to streamline the recruitment process and improve candidate experience

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment efforts

Lead and mentor junior recruiters to ensure they are meeting their goals and contributing to the overall success of the team

Act as a strategic talent advisor by collaborating with business leaders to provide recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity, market knowledge, and a strong network.

Develop a thorough understanding of the company's long and short-term strategies, with a special focus on its different growth drivers and innovation pipeline.

Represent the company as a trusted professional in the market among the TA community by showing technical expertise and remaining largely connected.

Drive a best-in-class candidate experience by acting as a career coach who cultivates long term relationships and builds a sustainable candidate pipeline.

Promote agile thinking through a fast, adaptive, and iterative recruiting approach.

Advocate for the global diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and constantly look for self and process improvement opportunities.

Use business data, technology, and other operational metrics to recommend a diverse pool of candidates to hiring managers and 'sell' the company to passive and active talent. Understand internal talent availability and merge with external trends to influence talent strategies.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, and develop relevant relationships using both internal and external digital platforms.

Collaborate with management on personnel practices and policies for an assigned client group or project in areas such as labor relations, employment, employee relations, safety and health, compensation, benefits, personnel records, and training and development.

Coordinate efforts to ensure equity and consistency in the administration of policies and practices. Provide complex consulting services to business partner client groups. Report on turnover and develop strategies that improve employee retention. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of compensation and benefit changes associated with personnel actions. Stay current and monitor changes with regard to labor records, legal compliance, and governmental posting requirements. Develop and present various compensation, benefit, and training programs. Edit and coordinate training for employees and leaders regarding human resources issues.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

6 years of experience in recruiting for Operations, Technology & Innovation roles

4 years of experience in full lifestyle recruiting

5 years or more of market intelligence and diversity sourcing

Proven track record of successfully filling difficult-to-fill positions

Possess a global talent perspective.
