What youll do:

Position title: SAP SuccessFactors HCM iXp Intern Technical Support

Location: So Leopoldo

Expected start date August, 2024

Deliver a support service by performing a root cause analysis, troubleshooting and resolving support incidents reported by global customers

Report bugs to Development Support department

Create and share technical knowledge with colleagues and customers

Monitor critical support incidents

Ensure SLAs adherence and 24x7 support

Participate in local or global projects

Maintain high Customer Satisfaction in all customer interactions

What you bring:

Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Fluent English (oral and written) that can be in contact with customers and colleagues globally via email, system and phone.

Strong customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).

Team player and contributes for a great environment.

Preferred Technical Knowledge:

o Understanding of Object Orientated Programming (OOP).

o Knowledge of Web Services communication protocols (XML and JSON) would be a benefit.

o Knowledge in Business Processes and ERP systems would be a benefit too.

The primary responsibility is to assist our customers in resolving issues related to the implementation, deployment, functionality and usage of SAP Products.
