About the Role:
As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to implement our Pro WFM (Workforce Management) solution in customer environments. Your client management and interpersonal skills will enable you to utilize defined implementation Methodology to meet milestones and completion dates, whilst working closely with other teams to complete upgrades, change orders or ad hoc engagements.
This position is available for fully remote work within Bulgaria, or at our offices in Varna or Sofia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Engage with our Project Teams in various geographies in order to understand their business needs regarding the various modules of UKG Ready product
•Set up the solution, present and implement
•Lead and actively participate in Client Configuration design, build, test and deployment activities
• Work cross-functionally and amongst a team on New client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects
•Proactively consult on best practice methodology, configuration design and build activities to ensure client success
•Drive all client system requirements and collaborate with client and resources for project related decisions
•Utilize technical ability to prioritize issues and respond appropriately to multiple critical situations
•Research application questions by setting up scenarios and testing the application
• Stay up-to-date on the latest product features and functionalities
•Analyze customer configurations and resolve or work around issues
Provide significant transfer of product knowledge to our customers
Qualifications
• Fluent English is mandatory, and German is preferred and a definite advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
• 2 to 5 years of industry experience with exposure to Global implementations
• Experience in implementing HCM or WFM software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments
• Excellent analytical, communication and consulting skills
