Job Title: Data Analyst - Part Time Department: Bronx Family & Youth Peer Support Services (FYPSS) Location: Hybrid/South Bronx, NY 10455 Hours: Part-time/17.5 -21 hours per week Pay Range: $21.43-24.73/hour* *New hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.

Every year Vibrant reaches over one million people nationally with mental and behavioral health challenges through high quality innovative programs. We provide state of the art crisis services through public partnerships with the city, state, and federal government and with corporate entities like Facebook and the NFL. Vibrant is seeking an exceptional candidate to implement peer support expertise for the Youth & Family Wellness Services Department, providing services to youth under NYS Children’s Medicaid Re-design.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with DOHMH staff to develop a data analysis plan to track progress and conduct an evaluation of all Vibrant FYPSS services and in collaboration with the Alliance subcontractors
Perform data entry, cleaning and management of program data
Maintain and update several datasets with date collected in the field
Perform data analysis using a statistical software package
Prepare regular reports regarding program progress and impact
Communicate daily with Alliance Coordinator to assist in address the needs of program participants
Assist in guiding quality assurance efforts.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in quantitative data analysis
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a statistical analysis software package (e.g., Stata, SAS, SPSS) is required
Experience working with sensitive data (e.g., personal health information, psychosocial health assessment data) and large datasets is preferred
Program evaluation experience and interest is preferred but not required
Experience working with mental health, family support and community-based providers and interest in family and child health is a plus, but not necessary
High School diploma or equivalent
Bilingual and bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply
