As the Technology Operations Director at BETA Technologies, you will be
at the forefront of driving innovation and excellence in our technology
infrastructure. Your role will be instrumental in overseeing the
administration, optimization, and strategic development of our
information systems, aligning with BETAs vision to revolutionize the
future of aviation.

How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:\

- - Lead the administration of our AWS environment and all aspects
of our Microsoft cloud environment, including Microsoft Entra
Domain Services, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune

- - Oversee the maintenance and administration of our computing
environments, including system software, applications software,
hardware, and configuration management

- - Manage the configuration, management, and maintenance of our
networking infrastructure, including DNS, switches, VPN,
interoffice networks, firewalls, and internal routing

- - Implement strategies for network monitoring and optimization to
ensure reliability and performance

- - Lead the installation of new network infrastructures, including
Aruba and Fortinet platforms

- - Lead the administration and maintenance of Office 365 and Google
Workspace

- - Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and monitoring of
endpoints and security using Microsoft Intune, Kandji MDM, and
cloud-based RMM services

- - Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance for networks and
systems to minimize downtime

- - Manage the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of backup
and replication routines, including documentation and testing

- - Organize, configure, and implement regular disaster recovery
fire drills, with regular review of procedures and documentation

- - Implement systems and services monitoring to identify issues and
propose solutions proactively

- - Lead troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware,
software, and other network and system problems

- Lead the Tier 2 technical support team, ensuring timely resolutions
to issues at all BETA offices. Provide guidance and support to team

delivering exceptional technical support services
Minimum Qualifications We are seeking (your Knowledge, Experience, and
Abilities):
- - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or
related field

related roles

- - Strong technical skills in system and network administration,
with proficiency in AWS, Microsoft domain services, and
networking technologies
