Design experiences, interfaces, and interactions that improve product value for our customers and business. Understand customer problems, clearly define design solutions, and deliver detailed designs to engineers. Own the design process for your team's features, including research, validation, and iteration. Assist your scrum team in gathering user feedback, analytics data, and competitor trends for designing solutions that increase product value to customers. Support engineers in translating and implementing your designs. Strengthen Lucid design culture and help evangelize design within organization. Effectively manage projects to meet deadlines, roadmaps, and requirements. Consistently produce high quality design mockups and prototypes using established patterns that meet customer needs and need little direction or critique by senior team members or managers. Demonstrate repeated success in delivering high quality work for scrum teams and other initiatives as a senior team member. Demonstrate repeated success in research competencies as a senior team member. Assume leadership assignments regularly to assist a UX manager or director. Lead broad or critical initiative.
