Marketing Project Manager
Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.
The Marketing Project Manager is a project execution expert who is responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of moderate complexity, often multi-channel, marketing campaigns. This role actively collaborates across the GRS Marketing teams to ensure project execution runs smoothly. Proven expertise in project management, an influential personality, and demonstrable skills in working collaboratively across teams and in a large organization will help the right candidate succeed in this role.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Supports marketing strategies by ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget.
Provides strategic counsel and executes project management best practices and tactics that align with brand objectives/goals.
Supports the strategy and leads planning for assigned brands and phases across the entire consumer lifecycle.
Develops functional specifications and requirement documents.
Develops and manages project timelines.
Collaborates with a large group of stakeholders across Marketing to ensure functional specifications and requirement documents are met.
Project manage and act as content expert for the annual review, update and vendor programming of complex, CMS-mandated member communications (i.e., Summary of Benefits)
Ability to influence execution stakeholders. Clearly articulates deliverables and expectations across execution teams; holds others accountable for action items and deadlines.
Manages and monitors the end-to-end Workfront process with expertise, including monitoring workflows, tasks, reviews, and project status; identifies, recommends and leads process improvements.
Ability to identify automation opportunities and implement automations where applicable
Facilitates traffic for the creative and execution process, such as: assigns forms numbers and file names, coordinates translation of materials, requests source files, obtains required approvals, manages the production/upload of materials to vendors
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
Experience with Workfront or similar project management software is preferred
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and facilitation skills.
Experience in developing complex communications from inception to fulfillment is preferred
Experience presenting and leading internal or external clients through the development of communications, requirements and project plans is preferred
Prior experience in communications/marketing in a health care environment is preferred.
Prior experience in Medicare or Group Medicare is preferred.
Experience developing Individual Medicare or Group Medicare’s Summary of Benefits, Enrollment Applications, STARs fliers, Adhoc communications, etc. is preferred.
