We\'re seeking a dynamic individual with a knack for problem-solving & a
passion for helping customers. Responsibilities: First Point of Contact:
Serve as the initial point of contact for customers seeking assistance
with HVAC & Plumbing services, inquiries, & support. Customer Support:
Provide timely & accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone,
email, & in-person communication. Offer guidance & assistance on a wide
range of HVAC & Plumbing-related questions, including service inquiries,
pricing, scheduling, & technical support. Problem Resolution: Address
customer concerns & resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive
experience & customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to
escalate & resolve complex inquiries as needed. Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments,
installations, & maintenance visits. Optimize scheduling to accommodate
customer preferences while maximizing technician efficiency. Order
Management: Process orders for HVAC & Plumbing equipment, parts, &
services accurately. Coordinate with the inventory & logistics teams to
ensure timely delivery & fulfillment. Documentation & Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, &
transactions. Input relevant data into the customer management system to
facilitate efficient follow-up & future communications. Product
Knowledge: Stay informed about our HVAC & Plumbing products, services, &
industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers &
address their needs effectively. Customer Education: Educate customers
about HVAC & Plumbing products, services, & maintenance best practices
to empower them to make informed decisions & optimize system
performance. Qualifications: Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability
to communicate effectively & empathetically with customers, both
verbally & in writing. Customer-Centric Attitude: A genuine desire to
assist customers & provide exceptional service experiences.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong critical thinking & problem-solving
skills to address customer inquiries & resolve issues promptly.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously &
prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment. Team
Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with
colleagues across different departments. Technical Aptitude: Basic
understanding of HVAC & Plumbing systems & terminology preferred, but
not required (training will be provided). Compensation: Good benefits
package includes competitive pay ranging from \$24 to \$28 (DOE) &
