The eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for
overseeing the digital marketing & eCommerce strategies for a portfolio
of EOS Hospitality properties. The role demands a dynamic professional
adept at driving revenue growth through innovative digital strategies &
eCommerce solutions. eCommerce Management: Develop & execute eCommerce
strategies to maximize online revenue. Manage hotel websites & optimize
for SEO, user experience, & conversion. Work closely with property
management to ensure accurate & appealing content. Analyze website
performance & implement improvements. Digital Marketing: Plan & execute
digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social
media, & display advertising. Measure & report performance of all
digital marketing campaigns & assess against goals (ROI & KPIs).
Collaborate with internal teams & external agencies to create & manage
digital content. Manage online brand & product campaigns to raise brand
awareness. CRM & Email Marketing: Develop & manage a comprehensive CRM
strategy to enhance guest engagement, retention, & loyalty. Design &
implement targeted email marketing campaigns to various customer
segments. Monitor & analyze CRM & email campaign performance, optimizing
for conversion & engagement. Use CRM insights to inform & refine overall
digital marketing strategies & personalization efforts. Revenue
Optimization: Collaborate with revenue management teams to align digital
strategies with pricing & inventory strategies. Utilize analytics tools
to identify trends & insights, & optimize spend & performance based on
these insights. Collaborate with revenue management teams on online
travel agency (OTA) relationships & strategies. The role can be remote
based in EST time zone & will support our Cape Cod, MA & Key West, FL
properties.
