Job Summary
As a team member within our Supply Chain Analytics Team, you’ll play a vital role in optimizing our operations. Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining clean, accurate, and standardized supply chain master data. This data is essential for supporting our 24/7 operations, including requisitioning, procurement, delivery, payment, and product charging. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and strategic partners, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient processes.
Essential Functions
Gather data on supply chain operations (e.g., inventory levels, procurement, delivery processes)
Use analytical skills to identify areas for improvement.
Establish and maintain relationships with shippers and vendors
Assess vendor operations and enforce compliance with quality standards
Measure supply chain performance.
Provide reports to management for tracking progress
Work closely with procurement, logistics, and IT departments
Enhance service delivery and overall supply chain efficiency
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Industrial Technology or Information Technology or high school diploma with the equivalent work experience.
Exposure to relational databases (preferable Microsoft Access)
Preferred
1 year of relevant experience analytical experience.
Prior experience with data management of item, supplier or location files
Prior experience importing/exporting data, data transformation, EDI or interfaces
ERP systems experience in WorkDay
Proficiency in SQL, Python, VBA, and UIPath
