Job Summary:
The Process Lead assists with leading production operations, including assembly, machinery, processing, and/or packaging. Ability to coordinate the work of others under the supervision of a supervisor. The individual sets production schedules based on materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
Essential Duties:
Coordinate an assigned team with constant professionalism, integrity, mindfulness, and composure.
Daily interactions, including decision making, process-driven guidance, and conflict escalation with all team members within your workplace environment.
Assign daily operational schedules and work tasks to team members; assign work to team members.
Provide operational feedback and data to team members’ supervisors, and articulate potential improvement actions to minimize deficiencies.
Communicate with co-workers the status of the current product/projects at hand which includes verbally communicating the results either directly or through a two-way radio.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments, shifts, and multiple levels of leadership.
Ability to analyze data and communicate to leadership regarding production performance and escalate as necessary.
Help and assist the maintenance tech on repairing and/or replacing equipment when needed.
Assign tasks for any downtime for clean-up, changeovers, and scheduled maintenance repairs.
Ability to run machinery based on company needs.
Lead by example and adhere to all company rules, QuickTake Policies including Critical Safety Rules.
Escalate conflict amongst team to Supervisor when necessary
Ability to understand, interpret, uphold, and teach Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Work Instruction (SWIs).
Manage and coordinate raw materials for use in production.
Flexibility with work shifts and open to cross training across processes within assign department.
Demonstrate High Performance Culture (HPC) Winning Behaviors.
No authority to hire, transfer, suspend, lay off, recall, promote, discharge, reward, or discipline other employees.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:
- To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees’, wearing PPE is a possibility and may include equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, bump cap, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator.

Qualifications: Requirements - Required and/or Preferred
Education:
Basic/Required: High School Diploma, GED (General Education Development) or equivalent required.
Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s Degree
MUST-HAVES:
A minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment, automation, or assembly is required.
Ability to pass a forklift, electric pallet jack and manual pallet jack certification.
Ability to be punctual and present on the floor.
Must have working-level knowledge of the English language comprehension, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
Safety oriented mindset and attitude.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
Three – five years of experience in a fast-paced high-volume manufacturing environment
Previous leadership experience
Familiarity with the 6S and Lean processes
Must be able to operate all quality equipment for a given area.
Ability to motivate team members, and work in a high performing team environment.
Ability to make safe, business minded, conscientious decisions when concerns arise,
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel and Word
Comprehensive knowledge of basic computer skills to complete online learning requirements for specific competencies, access online forms and policies.
