Job Title: Controls Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Controls Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will perform preventative maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and robotic troubleshooting. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Perform mechanical troubleshooting tasks such as rebuilding machinery, repairing gearboxes, replacing motors, hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, and servo motors, adjusting sprockets, and repairing cylinders.
Handle electrical troubleshooting, including work with 480v, 3 phase motors, sensors, VFDs, drives, electrical wiring, control panels, and multimeters.
Skilled in preventative maintenance and PLC troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot and repair Fanuc robots.

The plant is climate-controlled and places a high priority on safety. The facility is equipped with numerous robotics and automatic driverless tuggers. The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $85280.00/yr.
