Description
We are on the hunt for a proficient Accounting Manager to join our team in Spokane Valley, Washington, ON SITE. The primary role of the Accounting Manager will be to oversee the fixed asset accounting lifecycle and provide financial analysis of data. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment that prizes innovation and growth.
Responsibilities:
• Supervising, mentoring, and monitoring the work of accounting specialists, creating a team atmosphere that encourages collaboration and mutual support.
• Managing the lifecycle of fixed asset accounting and its related tasks, performed by accounting specialists.
• Conducting in-depth financial analysis of data and preparing monthly ad-hoc reports for senior management review.
• Offering actionable insights and recommendations based on the analysis of financial data.
• Utilizing accounting software systems to maintain accurate records and streamline accounting functions.
• Ensuring all accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Overseeing auditing processes to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Managing billing functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools to manage and integrate the essential parts of the business.
• Utilizing tools like larger ERP systems, Concur, and ADP - Financial Services to enhance accounting functions.

Requirements
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager OR Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years in the field, and 3+ years with supervisory experience
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.
• Familiarity with construction/Manufacturing software is essential.
• Ability to efficiently use Concur software is required.
• Experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions is required.
• Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Extensive experience in Auditing is necessary.
• Proficiency in Billing Functions is a requirement.
