Social Worker, MSW- SCS Home Health Responsible for Spokane County, Washington Schedule: Full time, Day shift The Medical Social Worker provides community resource information and short term counseling services to patients in their homes according to the physician's plan of treatment. Required Qualifications: Master's Degree: Social Work degree from a school of a social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. Upon hire: Washington Advanced Social Worker License Or Upon hire: Washington Advanced Social Worker Associate License Or Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License Or Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License Within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) number One year: Social work experience in a health care setting. This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position. The NPI process is free, and the application may take several weeks to process.
