Job Description:

The Technician III - QA Label Control position completes the counting, assembly, printing and issuance of Label Control components for production; creates process improvement suggestions and review of updates to the Label Control processes; and designs and reviews labeling components for production use.  Essential responsibilities include:

1. Counting of Label Control components and multiple SAP material movement transactions. Able to use and train others on insert, box, and label counting systems.
2. Printing, assembly, and issuance of Label Control components. Able to print on and train others on all Label Control printers.
3. Operate label printing software, and troubleshoot basic system communication issues with SAP and serialization process.
4. Maintain inventory control of Label Control components.
5. Complete SAP inventory transactions of Label Control components. Able to troubleshoot transactions and discrepancies.
6. Design and review label component formats in the label design system.
7. Provide RCA input for deviations and CAPAS.
8. Navigate and print from eDMS.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.
• Forklift certification desired or must be able to obtain within one month.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience which includes pharmaceutical and FDA Regulated Industry. Prior SAP experience required.
• Manufacturing production and equipment operation experience is desired.
• Knowledge ordinarily acquired from the highest level high school courses in math is desired.  Math skills for calculating ratios, parts, and percentages are preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Physical requirements include 14/14 corrected near-point vision, the ability to lift 40 pounds unassisted, manual dexterity, repetitive activity, pushing, pulling, prolonged sitting and standing, twisting, walking, stooping and reaching.

Shift:  *Days M-F 7am -- 3:30pm *Compensation & Benefits:

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.
