JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview: Stresau Laboratory Inc., located in Spooner
Wisconsin, is looking for a reliable individual to oversee all warehouse
operations as a hands-on leader. The successful candidate will be
self-motivating, self-directed in leadership, train and develop staff,
serving and motivating warehouse employees, leading by example, and
fostering a positive team-building atmosphere. The candidate will
supervise and continuously improve all inbound, outbound, and internal
inventory movement processes in a fast-paced environment. Essential
Responsibilities: Provide leadership that drives operational excellence,
continual improvement, and teamwork throughout the business unit;
Executes day-to-day operations of the warehouse and receiving areas,
ensuring direct reports are following policies and procedures related to
safety and processes. Provide leadership that drives operational

and cross functionally. Oversees and assists with warehouse auditing and
cycle counts. Applies lean principles to warehouse processes, material
movement process flows and inventory control. Position is ultimately
responsible for overseeing all receiving of incoming freight, inspection
and part number verification, quantity verification and stocking of
product in appropriate locations as well as shipping correct quantities
to the correct locations/internal customers including verification of
correct documentation and part rev levels. Works with company ERP system
(ECI Max) to ensure accurate reporting of transactions, locations, stock
levels etc. Works cross functionally with manufacturing, purchasing,
planning and leadership to ensure appropriate stock levels and
shipments/deliveries. Participate in any lean and continuous improvement
training or projects. Maintain operations data, such as time,
production, and cost records, and prepare management reports of
production results. Recommend or implement measures to motivate
employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance,
product quality, or efficiency. Confer with management or subordinates
to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances. Evaluate employee
performance. Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged
in the production or processing of goods, such as inspectors, machine
setters, or fabricators. Interpret specifications, blueprints, job
orders, and company policies and procedures for workers. Confer with
other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or
between departments. Read and analyze charts, work orders, production
schedules, and other records and reports to determine production
requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or
malfunctions. Enforce safety and sanitation regulations. Plan and
establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet
production goals. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Position Requirements: HSD/GED is required 3-5+ years of warehouse
management experience in a manufacturing environment is required 5+
years of experience and a solid understanding of inventory control,
warehouse flow, and warehouse setup Prior experience managing others is
required Experience with ERP system is required. Preferred ECI Max
Strong computer skills including Excel and Word Excellent communication
skills Must be motivated and a self-starter with a positive attitude
Must be able to interface in a professional manner with customers Must
be able to manage others while being a hands on supervisor. Three years
or more related experience and/or training in shipping and receiving
including hazardous materials desirable Familiarity with UPS/FedEx and
other shipping and receiving processes with energetic materials.
Knowledge of DoD, ATF, DOT and IATA requirements, and/or ability to be
trained/certified. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: PPE applicable to the job
being performed is required. At a minimum, safety glasses and safety
shoes/boots must be worn. Ability to pass a physical, drug screen and
are a US Citizen or Permanent Resident Physical stamina: physically
demanding job requirements may include standing, walking for long
periods of time, squatting, twisting, bending and lifting between 10-45
lbs. (or more) regularly. Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds
independently and 50 pounds or more with assistance Ability to work in
