We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Strategy & Business Planning Manager to join our Digital Services Growth Team. This role will be responsible for leading business planning, forecasting, pricing analysis, and competitive analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting business planning for 3-5 years, with strong presentation and Excel skills. They should be able to think outside the box while aligning with internal processes and requirements. Additionally, the Business Planner will support team planning and act as a project manager for key projects and deliverables. This role is responsible for driving the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic business plans and initiatives within the organization. The role provides valuable analysis and advice to management across various domains and manages cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective business planning. The Business Planner formulates highly complex statistical and financial models for forecasting and defines KPIs and metrics to measure business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads complex data and business analysis to develop business plans, and identifies recommendations and insights.

  • Works independently to construct highly complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performance; coaches others on model development.

  • Establishes the metrics required to measure business performance, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.

  • Manages complex, time-sensitive market research projects and prepares synthesized intelligence reports with clear implications.

  • Leads cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.

  • Contributes to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.

  • Partners with business leaders to develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities.

  • Develops go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns.

  • Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.

  • Demonstrates a high level of business acumen and technical expertise in areas such as business planning, operational management, and financial analysis.

Education & Experience:

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence

  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of financial forecasting, pricing strategy, and market analysis

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey strategic concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience in project management, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.

  • Collaborative approach, with experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing.

  • Leadership skills to mentor and inspire team members

  • Passion for strategic planning and business growth, with a commitment to driving organizational success.

The base pay range for this role is $104,800 to $158,250 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
