Job Details:
The eCommerce Intern will work with the eCommerce capabilities group
within the Marketing Communications & Design team. As an intern, you
will gain experience in working with cross-functional teams to build a
best-in-class digital shelf presence. You will contribute to our success
through immersion with the greater Marketing & Sales teams and support
our brands across all retailer.com touchpoints, portals, and databases.
You\'ll explore the Digital Shelf ecosystem, covering content management
and delivery through PIM, enhancing online visibility (search),
comparing performance against industry KPIs, and other duties as
assigned. Provide support working across different systems (PIM,
Syndigo, Retailer portals Profitero measurement tool) to help drive
ecommerce sales. Based off this initiative, this position offers
exposure to leadership principles and networking opportunities across
various enterprise business units.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Actively enrolled in an undergraduate as an incoming
Junior, or Senior, graduate degree program at an accredited university
required. Students seeking a degree in Business, Marketing, Digital,
Analytics, or Agriculture-related degree preferred.
Experience: Previous work experience, Demonstrated interest in
digital/ecommerce, IT/systems background a plus
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft
Office Suites, including outlook, and basic understanding on internet.
Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively;
excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills: A successful candidate for an Intern position should
possess the following: Be a motivated self-starter who has the desire to
learn from others; ability to work independently or as part of a team;
strong problem-solving skills; time management and multi-tasking
abilities; and strong interpersonal skills.

Position-Specific Requirements: This internship is a summer
internship where candidates are expected to work in person full-time (40
hours per week) during the summer. This is a paid internship located at
our Springdale, Arkansas World Headquarters.
