Manager, Digital Automation and Analytics
The Beef and Pork Analytics team is seeking a dynamic and experienced
individual to join our team as an Automation and Analytics Manager. This
role will focus on leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, AI and ML tools
to automate processes, analyze data, and drive impactful insights for
the Beef and Pork Business Unit.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and
in-depth knowledge about Microsoft and GCP tools, coupled with
exceptional people skills, a passion for delivering excellent customer
service, a commitment to continuous learning and development. Being
successful in this role will gain the opportunity to inspire and
influence change in the board organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automation Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of
digital automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools,
including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analytics techniques,
including, Power BI, AI and machine learning algorithms, to extract
actionable insights from digital automation processes, driving
continuous improvement and optimization efforts.
- Project Management: Help the team prioritize requests and oversee
end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring projects are delivered on
time with high quality.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on Microsoft
Power Platform tools, providing guidance and support to team members
and stakeholders. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in
automation, AI and ML technologies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams,
including IT, to identify automation opportunities and develop
solutions that meet business needs.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to
empower employees with the skills and knowledge needed to leverage
Power Platform tools effectively. Foster a culture of continuous
learning and development within the team.
- Customer Service Excellence: Champion a customer-centric mindset,
proactively addressing user needs and feedback to deliver
exceptional customer service and support.
- Transformational Leadership: Inspire and motivate teams, even
without direct reports, by being a visionary leader who drives
change and innovation throughout the organization. Lead by example,
fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and
forward-thinking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information systems, or a
related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital automation, analytics,
or related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools, particularly Power
Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
translate data into actionable insights through data visualization
and automated alerts to appropriate user groups. Experience with AI
and machine learning algorithms preferred.
- Excellent project management abilities, including the ability to
prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a
demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and
support.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development, with a keen
interest in staying updated on advancements in AI, machine learning,
and digital automation technologies.
