SUMMARY:
The role works within our new \"Finance Support Center\" which supports
our Finance Business Partners and will bolster financial acumen and
enhance decision - making across our organization. The position will
play a key role in Managing Finance, Accounting and Planning activities,
Reporting analytics and insights, Internal finance support to Finance
Business Partners. This position reports to the Director of Corporate
Finance Business Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Finance Business
Partners, Business Units, Strategy, and others to drive process
improvements, financial visibility, and resolve issues in a timely
manner.
- Oversee and work on Key Financial Reports, such as Quarterly
Business Review and other reporting that gives Executive Leadership
insight into Corp G&A spend and planning.
- Offering expert guidance in maneuvering through our financial
systems and processes.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis with a strategic focus on
Corporate G&A Functions, translating data into actionable insights.
- Work on day-to-day Finance & Accounting activities, including
general ledger and master data maintenance, account reconciliations,
month-end, quarter, and year-end close processes.
- Implement advanced performance monitoring, focusing on key strategic
indicators and financial metrics within Corporate Functions.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Skillfully shape and articulate the \"story\" behind crucial budget
items and recommendations, adding depth and understanding to our
financial decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA
or MBA a plus.
- Minimum of 5 or more years of Accounting or Finance experience
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, SAP, Analysis for Excel, Microsoft
Office Applications, and advanced MS Excel Skills are highly
desirable.
- Proven ability to lead by influence and to develop yourself and
others.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex
financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the
organization. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and meet
deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
