Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator
Job Description
Operating construction equipment such as dozers, excavators, front loaders, skid steers, and more. The main task will be to operate a dozer for rough grade work. Experience with GPS is a plus. You must be comfortable operating this equipment on construction sites, performing tasks such as grading, loading dirt into trucks, and loading/unloading from low boy trucks. Final grade expertise is not required, as the work will primarily involve site work and dirt work.
Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, front loaders, and skid steers.
Perform rough grade work with a dozer.
Load dirt into trucks and trailers.
Load and unload equipment from low boy trucks.
Perform site work and dirt work tasks.
Operate additional construction equipment such as backhoes and rollers.
Drive dump trucks as needed.
Essential Skills
1-3 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
Experience working on construction sites.
Proficiency in operating dozers, excavators, skid steers, and front loaders.
Ability to perform rough grade work.
Comfortable with construction site environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with GPS technology is a plus.
Ability to operate additional construction equipment like backhoes and rollers.
Experience driving dump trucks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
