CVS Health Associate Manager Clinical Health Services (Must reside in Illinois) in Springfield, Illinois

Position Summary

The Supervisor is responsible for oversight of LTSS/Waiver healthcare case management staff including the organization and development of high performing teams. Works closely with functional area managers to ensure consistency in clinical interventions supporting our members. Accountable for meeting the financial, operational and quality objectives of the unit. This position is a full time 40 hour work week.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years post master’s degree clinical experience for Behavioral Health License and 5 years post bachelor's clinical experience for Registered Nursing License

  • One of the following active and unrestricted Illinois state licenses: RN, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT

  • Must reside in Illinois

  • Must possess reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time in the state of IL to complete audits and visits with clinical staff as needed. Mileage is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Managed Medicare/Medicaid experience

  • Previous leadership experience strongly

  • Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and web-based applications

  • Ability to work with people in such a manner as to build high morale and group commitment to goals and objectives

  • Ability to evaluate and interpret data, identify areas of improvement, and focus on interventions to improve outcomes

  • Ability to communicate effectively with providers, members, staff and other leaders both in oral and written formats (e.g., may provide support to the sales staff & network staff via onsite customer visits and/or presentations)

Education

  • Master's Degree (REQUIRED) for Behavioral Health License

  • Bachelor's Degree (REQUIRED) for Registered Nursing License

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$88,374.00 - $190,344.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
