About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Workday Financials Manager to join our TAG accounting and reporting team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple brands within TAG to optimize efficiency and best practices in Workday functionality. Your Workday experience, in-depth knowledge of Workday Financials, and relationship management skills will contribute to your success in this role. What you’ll be doing:

  • Design and build Workday reports, report groups, dashboards, and analytics to meet company reporting needs

  • Verification/maintenance of Workday financial reports to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements

  • Maintenance of FDM, including companies, cost centers, spend categories, custom worktags, account posting rules, custom validations, etc.

  • Collaborate with other Workday SMEs such as HRIS, Procurement, Integrations, FP&A (Adaptive), and information technology.

  • Stay updated on the latest Workday releases, features, and functionality, and share knowledge with the team

  • Integrate future TAG brands into the Workday ecosystem as necessary.

  • Expand the reporting capabilities within Workday by utilizing Prism.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Workday, with a focus on Workday Financials

  • Previous experience as a consultant or lead on Workday Finance implementation(s)

  • Certified Workday Pro Financials, Workday Report Writer, and Workday Security a plus

  • Deep knowledge of Workday Finance modules and best practices

  • Knowledge of Workday security and role-based permissions

  • Strong understanding of finance business processes and systems, with a focus on transformation and optimization

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience managing a team of direct reports with a focus on driving results and fostering a culture of excellence

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + bonus opportunity.
