Why You\'ll Love This Role
Cribl is seeking a Sr. Federal Marketing Manager with 8-10 years of
experience in B2G Field-Led Demand Generation. The successful candidate
will have a solid understanding of the U.S. Federal Government markets,
strategic planning and integrated execution with excellent
organizational skills and the proven ability to work and communicate
cross functionally and with our partners.

If You Got It - We Want It
- Align with Federal Sales leaders to execute focused, marketing
programs in conjunction with Sales plans
- Ramp market-to/market-with/market-through partner campaign planning
through Distribution and direct to select partners, as a reflection
of the strategies established by the vertical sales & channel
leaders
- Build scalable, repeatable marketing programs + activities -- and
execute accordingly
- Work closely with sales leadership, sales operations and marketing
operations to track, measure, and analyze the performance of
marketing campaigns and report results to sales and marketing
leadership
- Build and nurture relationships with the regional sales teams
sharing global and regional marketing plans and priorities and
weekly/monthly/quarterly insights on performance
- Effectively manage, administer, and measure your regional budgets,
including MDF
As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will Bring...
- A strong understanding of the U.S. Federal Government markets, field
sales needs, stages of the customer buying cycle, program analysis
and market intelligence
- 8+ years of relevant Federal Marketing experience supporting field
sales and partner organizations within the IT industry. SaaS-based
preferred. Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
- An outcomes-driven, analytical, customer-first and track record of
executing creative, impactful field marketing programs for IT
executives and practitioners
- A proven track record of working collaboratively and asynchronously
with product, technical, sales, channel, marketing and the exec team
to impact early and late stage pipeline
- A high bar in everything you and your team do - quality, creativity,
execution and productivity
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Operates with a sense of purpose and urgency
- 15-20% Travel required
- A sense of humor, willingness to be your authentic self and a deep
believer of being human-first is a big plus
Salary Range (\$125,000 - \$165,000)
The salary for this role is dependent on geogr phic location. The salary
offered within the range described will be based on the individual
candidate\'s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition
to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package

insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment
benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary
company-wide bonus.
