66726-72196 per year Salary Full Time Pathlight is seeking to hire a
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Lead Clinician
supporting adults residing in residential group homes through out
Western Mass. As a Lead Clinician with Pathlight, you will develop and
implement behavior plans, programs, assessments, and analysis of data
ensuring a high degree of reliability between the written plan and the
observed behavior of staff working with individuals. Prepare and present
reports to funding bodies, internal agency bodies, and other regulatory
bodies as needed. Reports to The Director of Clinical Services and
supervises a Behavior Specialist. Applicant must be a PBS Qualified
Clinician: A PBS qualified clinician shall be currently licensed in
Massachusetts in accordance with applicable law as one of the following:
A psychologist. An independent clinical social worker. An applied
behavior analyst. A master\'s or doctorate level speech pathologist. A
physician. A master\'s or doctorate level teacher with a certification
in special education. A licensed mental health counselor (LMHC); or be a
doctorate level special education teacher actively teaching the topics
of positive behavior support or applied behavior analysis at the college
or university level. Have at least three years of training, including
post graduate class work or formal training, and/or experience in
function based behavioral assessment and treatment; and Have at least
three years of clinical experience in the treatment of individuals with
developmental disabilities. Location: Your office site will be located
in Springfield, MA with travel required for visits to program sites
(mileage reimbursed) Requirements: Must have current driver\'s license
with acceptable driving record history, reliable vehicle, professional
references, and acceptable CORI. Pay range is based on experience:
\$66,726.40-\$72,196.80 Don\'t forget to ask about our competitive

Full time 40 Hours, 9a-5p Monday-Friday with some flexibility and
requirement to flex schedule to meet program needs that may include
nights and weekends. Some availability to work remotely.
