Office Administrator. Job Description: As an Office Administrator at
Rozki Rides, LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth
and efficient operation of our office. You will work closely with
various team members and departments, providing administrative support
and contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding transportation
services. Responsibilities: Your responsibilities as an Office
Administrator will include: Answering Calls and Managing Email o
Responsibly handle incoming calls and monitor the main email inbox. o
Promptly respond to inquiries and redirect calls as necessary. o Sort
and distribute incoming emails to relevant departments. Driver
Coordination and Documentation o Coordinate with drivers upon their
arrival at the office, collecting necessary items such as gas cards, and
receipts, and ensuring the petty cash is accounted for. o Input all
tasks and vehicle maintenance, receipts and data into the CRM system
accurately. Dispatcher Software Operation o Utilize dispatcher software
to effectively communicate with drivers, ensuring efficient operations

maintain routes for drivers, ensuring optimization of resources and
adherence to schedules. o Update routes when contracts end, or new
contracts are initiated. Mail Management o Review incoming physical
mail, prioritize its urgency, and scan relevant documents for digital
distribution to respective departments. Office Inventory Management o
Maintain and update inventory records for office supplies, ensuring
adequate stock levels and efficient resource utilization. Administrative
Support o Assist in fulfilling any administrative tasks or projects as
requested by the CEO and Operations Director. Additional Duties o Be
adaptable and willing to take on new tasks or responsibilities as needed
to support the smooth operation of the office and maintain the office
environment clean and organized. Qualifications: To succeed in this
role, you should possess the following qualifications: Computer
Proficiency o Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
applications. o Ability to quickly learn and navigate various software
systems and tools utilized in office administration such as Asana,
Airtable and Adobe Acrobat. Bilingual Skills o Fluent in both English
and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both
languages. Organizational Skills o Excellent organizational abilities
with keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and
