As a Client Access Representative, you'll be responsible for the overall process of scheduling clients, collecting payment, and maintaining current and updated client paperwork. Our ideal candidate is passionate about providing excellent customer service, has previous experience in a client-facing role, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, verify personal information, collect payments, and enter data into the computer system
Schedule appointments and obtain client benefits and eligibility
Handle appointment changes, cancellations, and no-shows
Resolve problems and provide leadership with feedback on clinic services
Prepare and maintain complete client health records
Balance daily cash transactions
Verify and coordinate client referrals
Utilize the Electronic Medical Records system effectively
Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff
