QPS Employment Group Project Manager in Springfield, Missouri

Responsibilities: - Maintains professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner. -Accurately estimates commercial aluminum window and door projects. - Manages commercial aluminum window and door projects from start to finish. - Collaborates with the sales team to establish and execute a sales goal for the region. - Forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals in collaboration with the Sales Director. - Develops specific plans to ensure long-term and short-term growth. - Ensures expenses are in alignment with budget expectations to achieve profitability goals. - Retains and expands customer base. - Builds strong relationships with key customers and prospective customers. - Maintains contact with sales representatives in the region and drives sales representatives to seek out new customers, foster existing customer relationships, and generate sales. - Identifies new customer opportunities. - Follow up with clients in a timely manner. - Creates regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives. - Stays informed of new products, services, technology and other information of interest to customers. - Stays abreast of industry changes. - Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the regions sales volume. - May be asked to assist with and attend trade shows. - Actively participate in sales team meetings. - Forms relationships and interacts effectively with individuals from every area of the business. - Other duties as assigned.
