Aggregate Resource Drilling, LLC (ARD) is actively seeking dynamic
Project Superintendents/Engineers to play a pivotal role in leading
projects within our rapidly expanding utility-scale solar pile
pre-drilling division. With over 45 years of expertise in drilling and
blasting for mining and construction projects across the US, ARD is
uniquely positioned to excel in the rapidly expanding utility-scale
renewable energy project market. This position comes with exciting

involvement in on-site work. Successful candidates will collaborate
directly with numerous Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC)
partners, contributing significantly to the successful execution of
solar projects throughout the United States. Hours & Pay: Salary Range:
\$70,000-\$100,000/year Generous benefits package including insurance,

Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in construction engineering, mining
engineering or civil engineering. - While prior project
engineering/management experience is preferred, we welcome recent
graduates with a strong willingness to grow and learn our industry. -
Willingness to travel extensively to solar projects across the United
States. - Valid driver\'s license with a driving record that includes no
more than 3 moving violations and/or chargeable accidents in the last 3
years and no DUIIs. - Pass Pre-employment drug test and physical

skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams. - Strong
project leadership skills with a focus on delivering quality results

pre-drilling project team to ensure the successful safe and quality
execution of utility-scale solar pre-drilling projects. - Establish and
maintain positive relationships with customers, serving as a primary
contact during the implementation of solar pile pre-drilling
operations. - Communication Facilitation: Bridge the gap between on-site
solar pile pre-drilling operations and our headquarters, ensure seamless
communication to meet project milestones effectively. - Safety: Take a
lead role in facilitating safety protocols, ensuring adherence to safety
standards during solar pile pre-drilling operations. - Manage
documentation submittals, ensure timely and accurate submission of
project-related paperwork. - Quality Control: Ensure compliance with the
quality control plan for solar pile pre-drilling, conducting regular
inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and
