Description
Robert Half is working with a growing company in St. Cloud looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. This is a direct hire, hybrid role.
Location: St. Cloud, MN - 3 days per week onsite
Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient usage of core platforms, services, and technologies fundamental to the business
Analyze, develop, and provide support for servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and security
Define, analyze, create, and support new services or solutions
Integrate and test systems
Maintain, monitor, and oversee assigned solutions and services' operations
Handle L3/L4 helpdesk and support inquiries/tickets
Requirements
Strong experience with and understanding of M365 portfolio of products, Microsoft Server, virtualization, SAN, firewall, network configuration, VoIP telephony, SSO, MFA, Active Directory, Azure AD
Minimum 10 years of hands on IT experience in small to medium-sized organizations
5+ years experience managing IT infrastructure projects
Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent professional experience
