Ziegler CAT Sales Coordinator in St. Cloud, Minnesota

Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordination position provides operational and sales support to sales personnel for Ziegler Inc. Duties include: supporting sales representatives with securing inventory, walk in traffic, creating agreements, facilitating transportation, invoicing, and warranty enrollment of machines. Candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, possess the ability to reason with all personality types, take direction from others, multi-task, and meet short timelines. Responsibilities: Serves as main line of support for sales representatives Point of contact for walk in traffic and area customers Creates and maintains sale and lease agreements Schedules trucking and or shipping of equipment to customer sites Finalizes invoices, estimates, and credits for transactions Additional administrative tasks as seen fit Keep up to date and accurate records Timely creation of sales or lease contracts and processing of invoices Ability to multi-task on technical issues Gather information to aid in warranty claims Follows up with sales representatives via phone and other interactions Works in a cooperative manner with team and employees Qualifications: 4 year degree or comparable work experience; High School Diploma or GED required Personal Attributes: Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Teamwork, Professionalism Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision 1-3 years experience performing customer service and/or administrative support Able to manage time effectively Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Minimum Physical Requirements: Walking, talking, hearing Working conditions may be both indoor and outdoor; noise level may be moderate at times.
