The Hospitality Associate is responsibl e for:
Conducting incoming calls from external and internal customers regarding meal selections, meal scheduling and any additional questions regarding the food and nutrition services department
Conducting follow up calls regarding diet progression
Utilizing the EMR system for data entry
Having a vast knowledge of specific diets and food selections
