BayCare Health System Hospitality Associate in St Josephs, United States

BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.

The Hospitality Associate is responsibl e for:

  • Conducting incoming calls from external and internal customers regarding meal selections, meal scheduling and any additional questions regarding the food and nutrition services department

  • Conducting follow up calls regarding diet progression

  • Utilizing the EMR system for data entry

  • Having a vast knowledge of specific diets and food selections
